Upcoming Channel Moves

If you are looking for a channel position, please reference suddenlink.com/tvlineup for the most up-to-date information on your local listings.

Occasionally, as we make network upgrades, the new configurations may not be communicated with your TV if you do not rent a cable box from Suddenlink. While the channel is still on the same position, it can be occasionally necessary to 're-scan' your television.

To rescan for channel updates:

  1. Navigate to the Menu on your TV or HD DigitaLink (DTA)
  2. Locate the 'Auto Scan', 'Auto Program' or 'Channel Search' feature
  3. Select and follow the on-screen instructions

This will force your TV to look for the new placement of the channels. Once complete, all channels should be fully restored. Again, these actions are only required if you do not rent a cable box from Suddenlink.

  • Upcoming HD Lineup Migrations (Best Of)

    • Walnut Creek, NC – 1/19
      • Several channels will change position. Visit suddenlink.com/tvlineup for the most up-to-date listings.
      • Digital TVs (most TVs manufactured after 2007) without a cable box OR TVs with a DigitaLink (DTA) may require a rescan to view the new channel positions.
        • Please perform a rescan with the steps listed below to restore blank/missing channels:
          1. Navigate to the Menu on your TV or DigitaLink (DTA)
          2. Locate the 'Auto Scan', 'Auto Program' or 'Channel Search' feature
          3. Select and follow the on-screen instructions
      • TiVo Users: Guide data may take up to 48 hours to sync
  • Upcoming EIA Channel Moves

  • Upcoming Analog to Digital Channel Conversion
    • Greenwood, MS – 11/30 and 12/14
      • Channels will not be changing position
      • Digital TVs (most TVs manufactured after 2007) without a cable box OR TVs with a HD DigitaLink do not require new equipment.
        • Please perform a rescan with the steps listed below to restore blank/missing channels:
          1. Navigate to the Menu on your TV or HD DigitaLink
          2. Locate the 'Auto Scan', 'Auto Program' or 'Channel Search' feature
          3. Select and follow the on-screen instructions
      • Standard Definition (Analog) TVs without a cable box will not be able to view digital channels. Additional equipment is required to view these channels.
