Apple TV Returns
To return an Apple TV visit the nearest Suddenlink store.

All Other Equipment Returns

Follow these 4 easy steps for returning all other equipment.

Prepare your shipment.
Disconnect the equipment you wish to return and carefully place it, including all remotes and power cords, in a box of your choosing. Make a copy of your Suddenlink bill, or simply write your name, address and account number* on a piece of paper and place it in the box.
Create and print a label.
Simple click here and enter your information. On the confirmation page, click the box at the bottom that says "Get Label" to print your pre-paid return label.
Attach the label.
Attach one return label per box and be sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels.
Drop off the box.
Securely seal the box and bring to Walgreens, FedEx Office or any authorized FedEx location. Do not use a FedEx Drop Box. Remember to ask for a receipt for your shipment as proof of mailing.
