At Suddenlink we are committed to protecting the security and privacy of your personal information. Your access code, a unique 4-digit number, is designed to help reduce unauthorized changes to your account.
The access code is created on behalf of the account holder when a Suddenlink account is created. You will need it when speaking with Customer Care representatives at a Suddenlink store, on the phone, or when chatting online to update personal information, add or remove services from your account and more.
Locate Your Access Code
The access code can be found on the first page of your bill in the upper left-hand corner.
Change Your Access Code
- Go to My Account and sign in with the primary username and password for your account.
- Click My Profile.
- Under Contact Information, click Change Access Code.
- Enter a 4-digit number of your choosing then reenter the same 4-digits to confirm and click Change.
Note: The access code cannot be sequential (1234, 3456, 9876, etc.) or contain 3 repeat numbers (1222, 2111, 5999, etc.)
