Ways to Pay Your Bill

Suddenlink makes it easy to pay your bill in a way that is convenient to you.


Sign in to My Account and make a one-time payment using your credit/debit card or checking account. In addition, you can sign up for Auto Pay to have your bill automatically paid each month.

By phone

Automated Phone System
Call 1-888-822-5151 and follow the phone prompts to make an automated payment by check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover).

Representative Assisted Payment
Call the phone number listed on your bill, between the hours of 8am - 8pm, to make a payment.

By mail

Mail your payment (check or money order) and payment stub to the “remit to:” address found on your bill.

If you do not have your stub, you may mail the payment to one of the addresses below. Please be sure to include your name, address, account number, and phone number along with your payment.

Suddenlink Stores
Use our store finder to find your nearest Suddenlink store. To make a payment during non-business hours, a drop box is available at many locations. Drop box payment can take 2-3 business days to process.
